By completing the booking form/join free form and clicking the "GO!" button, you are indicating your agreement to everything in the Terms and Conditions.

 

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. However, if we do so, we will indicate that on our home page, and by using the site after that, you agree to the new terms and conditions.

 

Service Instructions
Both of you and IPA are expected to abide by laws of the People's Republic of China and to take full and sole legal responsibility for all and any activities with respect to Findipa's service within China.

Money exchanged for IPAs is simply for their time and knowledge to act as private assistants to travelers.

Anything that should occur or not occur is a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of a legal age. However, we do not tolerate any sexual harassment or insulting/drunk/rude behavior towards IPAs. Any misconduct will be reported to local police. At the mean time, IPAs have right to stop service and there will be no refund for unused services.

You are expected to be responsible for all expenditures for your IPA during his or her service time, like transportation cost and lunch cost.

1 day <= 8 hours and 0.5 day <= 4 hours.

0.5 day service charge is 70% of one day service charge.

In order to ensure service quality, one IPA can not serve a group more than 4 people. If your group size is more than 4 people, please send us an email at ipaclients@gmail.com, we will go back to you with a tailor made proposal.

 

Service Changes
Findipa.com reserves the right to change or discontinue the service with or without notice to service user or any third party. However, if we do so, we will indicate that on our home page.

Findipa.com is only an information exchange platform. Therefore, we have no control over the quality or legality of the services, the truth or accuracy of information published, the ability of service providers to perform services as represented.

Because we do not and cannot be involved in you and IPA real dealings, if you have a dispute with one or more IPAs, you release Hireipa.com from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, disclosed and undisclosed, suspected and unsuspected, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

 

The Findipa.com do not control, supervise, verify, investigate, authenticate or endorse any of the content presented to us by the IPAs.

Findipa.com makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does Findipa.com make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service.

Findipa.com shall NOT be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to service users.

 

This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the People's Republic of China. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this Site shall be in Beijing court. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
