Reminder:

You are expected to be responsible for all expenditures for your IPA during his or her service time, like transportation cost and lunch cost. |

1 day <= 8 hours and 0.5 day <= 4 hours.
0.5 day service charge is 70% of one day service charge.
Overtime fee for additional hours within one day = RMB 100/hour. |

The above service charge is for English/Chinese speaking IPA. For other language speaking IPA or for high level interpreter like for simultaneous interpretation/official interview/formal business negotiation, the rate will be re-quoted according to your need. |

In order to ensure service quality, one IPA can not serve a group more than 4 people. If your group is less than 2 people, you may share one IPA without extra fee. More than 2 people, extra 25% service fee will be charged for one more adult. If your group size is more than 4 people, please send us an email at ipaclients@gmail.com, we will go back to you with a customized proposal.
